1. Order

When you complete a purchase with us, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a guardian to shop with us.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%). We offer payment via Klarna, card payment. No hidden fees - the total amount is always shown before you confirm the purchase.

3. Delivery

Delivery is normally within 1-3 business days. We usually ship with PostNor. Shipping fees are added and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. postal handling, delays from suppliers).

4. Right of withdrawal

By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods. Please notify us by email if you wish to cancel your purchase. The product must be in its original condition and undamaged. You are responsible for the return shipping. We will refund within 14 days after we have received and approved the return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Used or opened hygiene products (e.g. in-ear headphones)

Downloadable materials or digital products after delivery

5. Complaints

If the product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to complain for up to 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us with a picture of the error, order number and description. We will cover the return shipping if the complaint is approved and send a new item or refund.

6. Unredeemed packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged SEK 150 to cover our costs.

7. Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of the Swedish General Complaints Board. You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
